Thomas E. Bucks

Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Thomas E. Bucks has served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer since March 2012. Previously he served as vice president and chief accounting officer from April 2005-March 2012. He has also served as interim chief financial officer from March - August 2010 and as the company’s controller from February - April 2005.

Prior to joining Covanta, Mr. Bucks served as senior vice president - controller of Centennial Communications Corp., a leading provider of regional wireless and integrated communications services in the United States and the Caribbean, from March 1995 - February 2005, where he was the principal accounting officer and was responsible for accounting operations and external financial reporting.
