Timothy J. Simpson

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Simpson was appointed as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary since December 2007. He has also served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary since 2004.

Since joining the company in 1992, he has held many positions within the company’s legal group. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Simpson served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary of Covanta Energy and as senior vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary of Covanta Energy Group, Inc.
