Peter Bynoe

Director

Peter Bynoe Peter C. B. Bynoe has served on the board of directors for Covanta Holding Corporation since July 2004. He is chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Bynoe joined the law firm of DLA Piper LLP (U.S.) as a partner in 1995. He resigned from the partnership in 2007 and now serves as senior counsel to the firm. In 2008, he joined Loop Capital Markets, LLC, a full service investment banking firm, where he serves as partner and chief operating officer.

Mr. Bynoe has been a principal of Telemat Ltd., a consulting and project management firm since 1982. He is also a director of Frontier Communications Corporation.
